The survey (June 09) will attempt to answer the following questions. What is the awareness in comapnies of the principles of IVHM? Do companies have capabilities required to develop IVHM applications? Where is IVHM being applied? In which sectors? By which methodologies? At what complexity? What are the product and/or solution characteristics? Who are the stakeholders? Who are the customers? kvibergs Г¶verskottslager Are there any examples of success/ failure in implementation? What are the enablers and inhibitors to their success or failure?
The survey kvibergs Г¶verskottslager is now complete and the executive summary and survey paper have been finalised. The executive summary will be sent to all respondents of the survey in January, and the survey paper has been submitted to Journal and is in the referee process. The survey seeking to test the awareness of IVHM within the UK manufacturing sector and the resultant survey paper and executive summary are now complete. The executive summary will be sent to all respondents of the survey in January 2010.
