I am trying to find an adaptor so i can use a nema23 on my kr33. i think it is a nema 17 but not sure.. anyone know where i can purchase one of the adaptors for kr33 nema ? to nema 23.. thank you Similar Threads: Looking for a Coupling for 1/2" motor shaft to KR33 6mm shaft THK KR33 setup

be carefull; just a mouting adapter may not be enough; a nema 17 and nema 23 motor have different diameter shafts too I think. not knowing what a KR33 is, i dont know if this is a show stopper for you or not. just curious, but why do u want to change motor size on this thing?

A THK KR33 is a Actuator , THK Global Top . actual model KR3310... ok i want a mounting plate as i dont think a nema17 will be big enough to lift a 30pound spindle, and i would have to buy another stepper, .. as for the shaft size it doesnt really matter as i have couplers that will take 6mm for KR33 and .25 or 6.35mm on stepper motor. i just wanted to buy the mount.. but i guess ill just make one.. thank you for reply i want something like this..

yeah i could get one from THK but they are $92 and even with employee discount i would still pay 60 or so.. i have a friend that works in that area, all i have to do is buy the aluminum, fighter mediafire so about $4.00 should do it.. and it is a nema 17 by the way,,, i guess i should know this working for them and all.. but i work on the linear side, making all the rails you all love to use.. I dont really know much about the actuators other then what the brochure says in the lobby,, lol dont really know why a little piece of aluminum would cost $92, but it does,, thanks again
