It's about to buy two giant, giant expensive transport aircraft. white jets For 10 billion. Last time it was purchased aircraft, the Gripen, it cost taxpayers about 100 billion. Which basically meant that we now do not have a defense that is worth the name.

If we look at how the current Hercules white jets plan is used, so I would probably say yes. They have been and are still used extensively in the relief efforts, and the Swedish pilots is widely known for his skills (required to be able to land on runways nonexistent in the desert). So I do not see them any new plan that primary duty military, but more as humanitarian aid. As the new plan's load capacity is also much larger, white jets then we can help more and faster, right?
